The shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via ITALIAN POST with tracking and signature required. The tracking is functional until the package is in Italy on the website of the Italian Post Office next will depend on postal service of the country of delivery. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

The shipping costs include packing and commissions, as well as shipping costs. The costs of packaging are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken in the packaging we use envelopes with reasonable size and soft inner protection and your items are well-protected.
